Pip swore loudly and fired off several of shots at the silhouette disappearing into the crowd. He quickly tore through his medi-pack for the bottle of pain killers he always kept on hand. When his hand grasp the circular form of the bottle, he hastily ripped off the cap and dumped its on contents into his open palm. Pip made his way over to Allastor's twitching form and knelt down on the ground beside him. Prying his mouth open with one hand, and using the other to hold him still he shoved several pills into the man's mouth. Taking out his canteen, he poured a generous amount of water in as well and forcibly made the man swallow. "Okay, mon ami hang in there and don't you die on me ... you hear?" Tossing the man over his shoulder, he ran in the direction where Silas disappeared off to.

The pain killers were a nice touch as he slipped back into reality for a moment. "Oh...my hero..." He managed a weak grin as the pills took effect. "Hey Pip...whatever this is...is fucking me up bad...I think I got that virus...We need to get back to London and get a sample..." He coughed hard as his fever seemed to spike. "S-shit...I...I refuse to die like this...!"

Kalix entered town on a business proposal to grant him new weapon schematics. Some of which were all new concepts that hadn't been fully tested before. The people of this city were dieing right and left, dropping like flies as if it were the black plague. All Kalix really cared about were those schematics and the money. His sole purpose was to get in and get out quickly and quietly without and problems. With as many people dieing it didn't seem as if that would be much of a problem. Down the street, out of the publics eye he noticed a small quarrel between two men and a strange preacher. A quick end with a swift collision to the solar plexus. The dogs passed him growling and the blind man seemed to not notice at his presence at all. Kalix stood by watching idly as the two men helped one another. Another long stare at the strangers to memorize their faces and he shook his head. Walking away from the drama. He finally made it the meeting area at the edge of town with his suitcase in hand and no body around. He set the suitcase down and simply waited for the seven men to begin the negotiation.

He was almost perfectly silent as he stepped beside the waiting businessman. "There's been a change in plans..." Andrew was wearing a hooded jacket and had his back turned to the gentleman dragging away a sick and dieing man. "The Boss-lady sent me in her place. She'd much rather have you sent to London to secure the deal." His cold eyes gazed towards the mercenary. "She's even paying for your flight..."

Kalix sighed quietly and looked down at the ground then back up at the seven men standing before him. His hand resting on the bridge of his nose for a moment. "It isn't polite to sneak up on people." Letting his hand drop he looked over his shoulder at Andrew for a moment then back to everyone else. "If plans are changes, what are they doing here?" Uncertainty set in and he set the suitcase on the ground with an absolute calmness.

A sneer spread across his hidden face. "Reassurance...I mean...We wasn't sure how you would react to a plan change..." He held out the plane ticket with a grin. "Its a one way ticket, to London...We will expect you there in less than a week...you and i will be meeting there..." His words were cold, just like he was suppose to be. "Any questions?"

Kalix turned silently toward Andrew and watched him for a long moment. Looking off to the side of the man standing before him now he watched a quietly as a bumbling drunk and his inebriated female companion stumble upon the small crowd of men. They giggled and laughed quietly, beginning to make out and such. Kalix only watch them a moment longer before taking suitcase and the ticket with him without another word. He stopped to view the two drunks giggle, the woman sighing with pleasure, for just another moment before he shook his head and disappeared as quietly as he had come into the city.
