Pacing about her friend's room was all she could do until Prudence showed up. Who knows where she went after the tounge lashing Integral had given her earlier that evening. As she often reminded Prudence, her friends are in short supply, and she needs to keep the one she has. Finally she sits down on her friend's bed and picks up the nearest book and begins reading it.

Prudence walks in sighing, her laptop bag hanging from her shoulder. "The prices they're charging these--AH!" She jumps slightly at the sight of Integral in her bed. She clutches her chest and starts to try to catch her breath. "Great Shakespeare's Ghost, lady, you can't just ninja into someone's room like that! ...Or maybe I'm inattentive. Either way! It's no good!" She bit her lip before adding, "Please don't eat me. Or have anyone else eat me."

Integral smiles her best 'If I had fangs, I would eat you' smile over the top of Prudence's book. "I'm not going to eat you, little girl...I...I wanted to speak to you...about...this evening... Maybe...Maybe I over-reacted. I...It...was shocking, to say the least..." She stands and makes another lap about the room. "--Although... I suppose this is the way friendship goes. 'If you're not going to have any secret fantasies, I'll make them for you?'"

Prudence nervously brought a hand to the back of her neck. "Well. I'm pretty sure that's not how friendships go between normal people, but I've never met any normal people who wanted any sort of friendship with a nutcase like me, so I can't say for sure. Which is just as well, really, because normal people weird me out, to be honest." She chewed at her thumbnail a bit before continuing. "Anyway, I tried really hard to resist the temptation to write...that...but you know how I am with impulse control. It's actually lucky I channel those urges on paper, rather than on random unsuspecting men in town. I'd be a danger to society. Anyway, it's for my personal...use only. I'm not going to be printing out copies and handing them around to the Wild Geese."

Integral smirks. "If you did, they'd be tramatized for life, and I'd have to find myself another band of mercenaries, wound't I? I can't have that. They're a rough and....well, sometimes crude, but they're good hearted. I think." She smiles. "At least, that's what Seras says... As far as normality. I'm hurt you don't think I'm normal." She pouts, "I'm just like everyother woman you know that's the head of a vampire hunting organization."

Prudence laughs. "You most certainly are not as normal as anyone else I know. You are much, much more awesome." She sits down on the bed and leans back against a pillow. "You're taking the word of a vampire who does not want to be a monster, and so does not drink blood. I am thinking she is maybe a little unrealistic in her optimism on occasion." Putting her feet up, she adds, "So, am I to assume all is forgiven, provided I make sure to finish the bawdy tale off-premises, keep it under at least three layers of password protection, and not show Alucard?"

Integral grins. "Right. Keep it out of Alucard's sight...but I...well...I should probably finish it, to be sure you're keeping me in character, and, Alucard, of course..."

Prudence gasps and dramatically touched her hand to her chest. "Now it is my turn to be offended! You think I could not do a good enough job of such a thing?" She burshes some hair from her face lightly, and smiles slyly. "Of course, I have no problem with running it by you as an editor, of sorts...."
