Allastor hoisted up his 'daughter,' holding her in his arms. "Well, we got you cleaned up all nice and pretty didn't we, Duria...?" He brushed some of her hair back softly, cradling the small girl in his arms. "Let's go take you to Integral...I'm sure she'd want to meet you..." He offered a warm smile as he made his way to Integral's office. After knocking briskly, he strode in. "Sir...Look what I found when I went to get some medicine and supplies..." He nodded down to Duria. "She..called me her father."

Duria had been washed and changed. Thankfully there were a ton of clothes and such around from Nora. They were a little big of her but they did the trick until more suitable arrangements could be made. She felt quite comfortable in the young man's arms, resting her head on his chest as he carried her. Duria felt rather tired but was excited to finally be home.
They headed up some stairs and to a very large wooden door. She lifted her head up as they entered the room. As soon as she saw Integral she smiled widely. "Mummy! I'm home!" It was just as sudden as with Allastor. The little girl reached out with one arm as if trying to get to Integral. Her other arm still held onto Allastor so she wouldn't fall.

The woman's eyes were wide as saucers, she drops the pen she'd been holding, resulting in an unplesent ink splotch on her desk. They were both speaking at the same time, but the toddler's high voice rose over Allastor's and bounced off the wooden paneling, echoing around the room and in Integral's brain. "Mummy?" She stands and pushes her glasses up, examining the two. The girl was wearing Nora's clothing. Another vampire? "Cute, Allastor. Let the poor woman go before I have a lawsuit on my hands..."She scolds, dropping back into her seat.

He chuckled a bit as he crossed the room and sat Duria on the desk before Integral. Allastor stood close behind Duria so she wouldn't tip over backwards and off the desk. "There won't be a lawsuit...She was all alone in on the streets...I took her in. She...uhm...called me her father..." The young knight stared into Integral's baby blues waiting for her to start yelling at him. God knows it was coming...

She almost looked frightened. "Absolutely not. Not a chance, Allastor!" Her eyes were like saucers. "No, Allastor. No. Shuck and Bartholomew are one thing, but you can't just claim a child as your pet! She needs someone stable, someone..." She sighs and sits back in her chair, her eyes blinking up at the vent above her desk. The knight gropes at her breast pocket, searching frantically for a cigarillo. She finds one, and her hands shake as she attempts to light it. Looking up again, her eyes catch Duria's, and she throws the lighter onto her desk before dropping the cigar back into her pocket. "No. Find somewhere to take her. She can't possibly stay here! This is the LAST place for a child and--...and did she...what did she call me?"

Duria stared at Integral. She didn't understand why she was yelling. Her face looked pained. "But Mummy.. I'm home. Why do I have to go away?" Tears formed in the corners of her eyes. Even though she was cleaned up now, she still seemed rather pitiful. "Daaaddy don't let Mummy make me go away!" She clutched onto his shirt and howled.

He smiled softly and stroked her hair, talking very softly. "Shhhh...It's okay Duria...You aren't going anywhere...You are gonna stay here with me and your Mother...ok? Calm down..." He petted her softly and rocked her slowly, walking closer to Integral. "Honestly, Integral...The poor child needs a home..." He kissed the top of her head, his blue eyes gazing over the child's head and into Integral's. "It's okay, Duria..." He continued to slowly rock her.

She glares at him. Thus far, all the other stupid things Allastor had done since arriving at her door, paled in comparison to this. Children were scarce in her family for a reason...and he'd taught the girl to call her Mummy! She shakes her head, dropping it into her hands. The poor girl had obviously already lost her family, the last thing she needed was an irresponsible boy like Allastor as her guardian. She motions for him to remove her from the office. "See if Walter can find some biscuits for her while we discuss this, Sir. Allastor." She hisses. It was an order.

"Another vampire you say..? Curious...." His signature deep and commanding voice seemed to be coming through the very walls. He phased through the ceiling, eyes glowing red beneath his glasses, the only sign of light from the creature of the night. Bringing in just enough of his body so he was visible from the base of his legs upward, he tilted his head curiously at the young girl. "Was she bitten..?" So many wild ideas were running through his head. It is very frowned upon to turn children into vampires, so this idea concerned him slightly. If there was a new vampire in the area that he was unaware of, he was going to make damn sure he would do something about it. It had been so long since his beloved guns had seen any action.
